Before the start of the operational phase of the project, all parties are fully informed of procedures and working methods to be followed through the project management. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within this document, information is given on the UXO risk mitigation process, planning, logistics, communication, responsibilities, authorities, emergency response, SHE&Q, safety, and security. The Project Management Plan is the most essential document for a professional and efficient execution necessary to meet the objectives of our client and the desired final result.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
