Project Risk Assessment – offshore
Phase 2: Project Risk Assessment
When the outcome of the historical research and detailed desktop survey indicates evidence of possible presence of UXO within the project area, our advice is to execute a Project Risk Assessment (PRA).
This risk assessment maps out any post-war activities which have been performed within the project area. Based on factual source material, a horizontal and vertical demarcation will be determined in relation to the work that is planned within the project area. If measures are necessary to facilitate a safe working environment, we advise you through the Project-Related Risk Analysis on the best applicable solutions for your work.
We also include the expected turnaround time for these solutions, and an estimate of the budget in the PRA. Our goal is to minimize all project risks and to avoid unforeseen costs.
