One of the documents required for a professional and safe execution of UXO risk mitigation is the Project Management Plan. Within this document information is given on the UXO risk mitigation process including planning, logistics, communication, responsibilities, authorities, emergency response, SHE&Q and security. The Project Management Plan is the most essential document for a professional and efficient execution necessary to meet the objectives of our client and the desired final result.

During this phase REASeuro project support staff are responsible for work preparation such as travel arrangements, permits to work, mobilization of personnel and equipment along with other key activities relevant for an optimal start and a successful development of the execution phase.
